Judy is a principal of the firm. She focuses on assisting clients in complex commercial real estate transactions. Judy has many years of experience representing and advising developers in the acquisition, leasing, financing and development of commercial properties, including car dealerships, hotels, manufacturing and industrial facilities, shopping centers, and residential and mixed-use developments.​

Judy also counsels small businesses with organizational matters including the formation, dissolution, and purchase and sale of Vermont business entities.

Clients can also turn to Judy for assistance in establishing and managing common interest communities.

Judy was an instructor at Champlain College from 1995-1996, teaching courses in Computer Use in the Law and Legal Research and Writing. Judy is a Title Agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

In addition to practicing law, Judy enjoys hiking, skiing, tennis and gardening.
